Extremely rude front desk person. Issues with check in. Had to go through Hilton customer service to get resolved. But after how rude the front desk person was towards us was uncalled for. We wanted to like this hotel due or company being near by but they will lose $70k-$80k revenue from us. Hilton Home 2 suites gave us no issues. Will be going there from now on.

Rooms are awkwardly connected, and you can hear everything, every conversation, laugh, whisper from the person in the room connected to you as well as the hallways… creepy and uncomfortable. I would never stay here again and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels.

Rarely do I take the time to leave a bad review but will always leave a positive review when I have a good experience. I typically have north of 175 hotel stays per year for work. A majority of those stays are with Hilton Brands as a Diamond member. On top of that my wife and I have been traveling down from New York to support the Wolfpack and our daughter who has cheered for State for her entire college career. My wife’s change in work schedule forced us to cancel our plans to fly down for the game tonight. I called Hilton to see if they can assist with canceling the reservation because it was within the 24 hour period. They reached out to the property but their GM, Kevin Thomas, chose to hide behind their hotel policy for cancellations. I don’t believe I have canceled a reservation on short notice more than twice in the past 5 years. I then asked if I could change the reservation to next weekend because we are coming down for senior night on Friday and Saturday. Not only would Kevin helped me out they would have gotten a second night stay. When loyal customers ask for assistance good practice would be to make an accommodation. That’s why I choose to spend the amount I do with the Hilton Brand. Kevin’s actions are a perfect example of the systemic problem with customer service today. Fantastic job sir. Cheers! Thanks for the response but again you are using a policy to be shorted sighted. It’s about providing good customer service to loyal customers otherwise those programs are useless. That could have been offered at the time of the call. I have since made a reservation for next weekend with another property and wouldn’t want to waste their time. I don’t care about the refund but thank you for the offer.
