The drivers are all friendly and polite. There is a nearby shopping center within walking distance for food and shopping. Definitely recommend!

She is the epitome of what it means to excel in the position of front desk and she should be praised! She offered every kindness and amenity to each traveler with a smile and enthusiasm. (She even smiled and waved for a photo.) Incredible customer service! The hotel decor is beautiful - nicer than an average Hampton. The cleaning staff is amazing too! Our room was SO CLEAN it was phenomenal. The air was fresh and clean. The beds and pillows were soft. Great hotel. Memorable, even.

GM Cybrena Davis took great care of us, and we were soon settled in a comfortable room for the night. Great property, clean, comfortable well appointed rooms. I stay was great and service was excellent!!!! (Thanks Shay!!!!). Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. The only problem was that my wheelchair was too big to fit into the bathroom. The hotel did have smaller wheelchairs available for use that would fit into the bathroom / shower area.

Nicole handled our check in efficiently and she was so helpful in providing a pack and play when I asked if one was available, which was such a relief. Andrew was prompt with airport pickup and very friendly, making our transportation hassle-free. Huge thanks to Josh, who was super accommodating and helped me retrieve my phone after I accidentally left it in the shuttle. The room was spotless, which I truly appreciate given my experience working closely with housekeeping team. Their commitment to cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommend!
