When I asked about parking, I was dismayed to learn parking is down an alley across the street. My room was stale? Or moldy ? There was an odd odor that wasn’t overwhelming but noticeable. I travel regularly for business and generally stay at Hilton properties and was very disappointed. I called Hilton to address my concerns and customer service stated essentially I was already checked in, too bad. Do better Hilton.

She is helpful, professional, curtious and knowledgeable. She knew us by name the first night there. Very personable and left a great impression with us. Definitely an asset to your company. She went above and beyond for not only us, but family members as well.
