    The hotel is under renovation. The lobby is definitely outdated. The front desk female attendant was very friendly and welcoming. She acknowledged me being a silver member. The location has a front and back entrance which was convenient. I was pleased that our room on the 5th floor had been renovated. I was NOT pleased with the cleanliness. There was small traces of vomit in the toilet and the sink. I knew the hotel was sold out so I didn't bother to request a new room. So when I showered, I grabbed the towel that was in the bathroom and lol and behold the same orange particles - vomit on the towel! Absolutely disgusting. My husband went to get more towels and wash cloths and those were dirty! Also the shower water was lukewarm even when placed on high. Plus the water pressure was low in shower but high at the sink. To spend $400+ for my stay, I was not pleased. As you can see the living area in the king room is really spacious, but the bedroom itself is not. *Update to respond to Hampton Inn: No I don't have pics of it. I completed a survey that was sent to my email. I requested to hear from management. I look forward to hearing from someone to address the matter.

    Very pleasant & accommodating staff. Nice variety for breakfast & opened at 6am on the weekend! Coffee & fresh fruit available 24 hours.

    My family was in town for my daughter’s soccer games and we experienced a few issues with our room. Michelle handled everything with exceptional care and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We sincerely appreciate her help.

    I travel quite a bit and Im a Hilton Honors member. The site rated this waaaay higher than it deserves. We paid $184 w/tax for one of the worse rooms I've ever stayed in. Granted there is a "construction" sign up saying construction starting in Feb 2025 and going thru Dec 2025, but we were on the 2nd floor. The room was sooo dated for us to have paid the money we did. The walls were dirty (hasn't been painted in at least 7-10 years), popcorn ceiling (that's how old it is), decor dated and I could tell the bathroom had flooded at one time because the bottom of the door had water marks and was warped at the bottom. Positives: The staff was really pleasant and helpful with questions. Appears to be a family business. Great location, close to restaurants and strip malls ***UPDATE** The GM, Marlen, pleasantly reached out to me and extended his apologies for our experience and had already issued a refund. Per my word, I will definitely stay again after the renovations have been completed. *Customer service = Top Tier" 💚

    Do not recommend coming here! Made a reservation almost two weeks ago. I come to check in. My phone and email, the app says I have a reservation. They are telling me I called to cancel it. I have never spoken to anyone at this place. This is ridiculous! Do not purchase a hotel here. It’s not clean anyways. Now the lady at the front desk is hollering someone is bullying her. Girl nobody even said anything about you. I asked about my reservation and she’s saying she talked to me on the phone about cancelling it. I said there is no way! I never called you to begin with. Grow up!
