  I had a medical stay here from Jan.4th-Jan.6th, 2026. I booked this hotel for the location and because online the website shows pictures of a jacuzzi. Check in was simple however Ashlee was not the most enthusiastic when checking us in which didn't make for the most welcoming experience. Upon the room inspection, one of the beds had a lot of lint balls on it and two large brown hand prints on the white comforter, I'm pretty sure it was dirt. I called the front desk and housekeeping arrived pronto to change the bed linen. The room was clean other than the bed. My son and I were highly disappointed when we got to the pool only to see a 3 ft pool and no jacuzzi. I also went to redeem my free drink vouchers at 7:03pm, and the bartender said that if she did it for one guest she would have to do it for all. I told her that my son and I just wanted a sprite, no alcohol for either of us but we were denied the use of the voucher after being 3 mins late on the first night. I also had to pay $6 for 2 cups of hot tea because there is no complimentary coffee, tea, or water available in the lobby for guest. Very disappointing. The 2nd night was much better, Jasmine the bartender was amazing! Sonji at the front desk was so very kind and helpful. Elliott, he makes a great omelet at the breakfast bar. Everyone on the 2nd night/day of our stay had great customer service and was very accommodating. For this place to be almost $200 a night, there should be more or better amenities. And no, I do not use the coffee/tea maker in the room for obvious reasons (how often are they cleaned?). Free tea, water, coffee should be available 24 hours at a 4 star hotel. Please remove the old picture of the jacuzzi if that was removed 2 years ago. A 3 foot pool is for kids and the pool is not heated by far. $12 for truffle fries is a rip off. I don't think I will book another stay here, especially now that Hilton failed to uphold moral standards and supports the Trump Administration.

  This was an amazing hotel and experience. I truly believe that when guest service is wonderful, it makes for a fantastic stay—and this hotel delivered. The guest service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was great. It’s hard to find outstanding customer service these days, and this place exceeded expectations. The location is also fantastic! Ashley was wonderful, and we appreciate everyone at this hotel who helps make it such a great place to stay. Although I didn’t get to meet the housekeeping staff, it’s clear they do a beautiful job.

  We had a great stay at this hotel. Stayed in the family suite. The hotel staff is very nice, professional, and efficient. We had an issue with the heat not working, but I contacted the front desk and they had someone up there to fix it within minutes. My car wouldn’t start the morning we were leaving and the gentleman at the front desk and the shuttle driver personally helped me get it jumped and we were on the road. Would definitely stay here again.

  Embassy Suites never lets you down. They have great hospitality and treat you as there own. From the time you walk in until you get to your room, you will be mesmerized by amenities they have to offer. Most of there locations are conveniently located near restaurants so you don't have to travel far and enjoy some relaxation. If issues arise, don't worry, they will address it on the spot. If your a family with little ones, pop on by the indoor heated pool area and let them wear their selfs down. Also you can't go wrong with free breakfast, who wants to pass that up. So the next time you decide to stay some where, look no further and book now.

  Our stay at Embassy Suites Brier Creek was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our visit. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—situated right next to a large plaza filled with shopping, dining options, and even a spa, making it easy to enjoy the area without having to travel far. One of the highlights was the evening reception, which included two complimentary drinks and snacks. It was a lovely touch and far more efficient and organized than we expected. The daily free breakfast was another great perk, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The airport shuttle service added even more convenience, especially for travelers looking to avoid the hassle of transportation logistics. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind. We also appreciated the added convenience of having an ATM located inside the hotel. Overall, Embassy Suites Brier Creek delivered a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay. We would happily return.
