The lobby definitely doesn't match the quality of the rooms. The breakfast was barely edible. Their stairs are on the outside of the building and are cave-like with tons of spiders. If you don't like their glass elevators, you're going to have to suck it up because I couldn't score less on the stairs.

The staff immediately offered help, got us our room immediately, and gave us water, juice, Gatorade and snacks on the house to help our exhausted family settle into our room. The included breakfast, patio dining, pool, and beautiful rooms were all amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast area looked crowded the next morning. So we ended up staying only about 8 hours total in room and decided to leave. It no longer felt comfortable during our stay.
