We had no reservations as we were on an unscheduled stop on our road trip. We got the last room available as we checked in. Somewhat expensive but otherwise okay.

Our vehicle was broken in to there overnight. The security service they hire out let the front desk know it happened and the front desk “made a note in the computer”. The police nor we were notified. We found out when we went to pack our stuff in the truck the next morning. The ball was dropped here. Someone should have notified the police so they could run our tag and call us and let us know this happened. When asking to speak with management on why we weren’t notified we waited over 2.5 hours with NO COMMUNICATION. At that point we didn’t know if we needed to stay or could go or anything because no one came and talked to us. When we asked again because we needed to leave the Atma group manager came out and was very condescending telling me I didn’t know Raleigh and I didn’t know what peoples lives were like, which had zero to do with the non-communication or the safety violation that we felt. He kept telling us it wasn’t his fault - which we acknowledged several times that we weren’t blaming we just didn’t know if we needed to stay or leave or why the ball was dropped. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way he did to me, he was very harsh and made me feel like I was stupid and it was not important. I asked why we weren’t told and he literally said to me “maam who do you think you are?” I am a customer that had her safety violated and all I was asking for was a little communication. We didn’t know it happened therefore we could have walked up to someone still in the vehicle or anything. Super upset with the ball being dropped here. The front desk staff this morning were amazing and helped as they could.

One of the worst Hilton hotels we have ever stayed at . The rooms have walls with cracks and water seeping through. They have leaks through the ceilings. They have construction work going on for the next 6-7 months and have horrible checkout procedures. We had a 2 night stay but checked out in less than 10 hours. Won’t recommend There is also a gas station nearby which we felt was very unsafe . So please please be careful before booking.
