I specifically booked a room with this hotel because they had an indoor swimming pool. We were taking our granddaughter to watch a hockey game across the street for her birthday and she loves to swim. We got there and the pool was drained. The website didn't indicate the pool was closed. They also did not have WIFI in the rooms. There were a few people at the front desk inquiring about WIFI access in their rooms not working. Hotel was clean. That is about the only positive thing I can say.

I am shocked this hotel is a Hilton Hotel. The condition is poor to be kind. The floors are dirty, the rugs and furnishings are extremely worn out. The pool is empty, there is no Garden Grill "Restaurant ". The restaurant is a room with items you would find in a vending machine. We were told upon our arrival we were downgraded from a king size bed. I requested an adjustment in the price and was told no. Very shocked at the condition of the property and the false advertising.

10/31/25!!!! Please don’t stay here, this hotel looks nice upon entry. But it’s definitely not a place to stay for nights.. I drove 3/hrs just to walk in a hallways that smells musty, carpet is dirty, the beds are old, the pillows are almost nothing! The tub, fixtures, windows, I hate I even paid my hard earned money to stay in this dirty place. I was informed of no refund because of third party, and that’s fine. But this hotel needs to be renovated but I guess for the price weed heads can stay here and wear the place down. I’ll never stay at this place again. So I don’t not recommend. And yes I’m writing this on the day I checked in ;-/

Just needed a quiet clean room for the night that was close to my house.... check in started with me standing at the desk for about 7 minutes waiting for someone to finish a loud conversation in the kitchen. When the young lady finally arrived at the desk there was no greeting, no welcome, just a cold, "You checking in?" Her entire tone and demeanor was almost as if she was annoyed. I stated I had a reservation and only thing she said to me through the entire check in process was "I need your I.D." and "Swipe your card". Probably one of if not the coldest, most impersonal check-in I've ever experienced. Considering it was my first time staying at that property, the least she could've told me was where the elevator was. It wouldn't have bothered me so much had I not come right back down and observed her being the exact opposite with the gentleman that checked in just after me. And then there was my room... I reserved a king room. The inventory when booking using the app is usually pretty reliable. For some reason it was still saying the property had more available despite the young lady checking me in telling me you guys were completely sold out. No offer for an upgrade or even an apology for not having my room type. Just another disappointment. The room (303) had handprints on the window, a hair in the toilet, drops of some type of liquid on the toilet seat, black specks on one of the beds (which had me checking for bedbugs), and disgusting spots on the carpet. I took pictures of everything if management would like to use then for training and quality purposes. Despite everything, I just know what I received last night was not indicative of Hilton hotels.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I arrived, there were dead roaches all over the floor, which was absolutely unacceptable for any establishment, especially one under the Hilton name. Not to fail to mention, a dirty swim diaper in my trash can which clearly shows housekeeping didn’t do their jobs. To make matters worse, after placing my things near the window to unpack, it begin to rain, and I discovered that the window was leaking, and the water ruined several of my belongings — including a very expensive name-brand purse. When I brought these issues to the staff’s attention (JJ), I expected a sense of urgency or at least concern, but the situation was handled very poorly and is still being handled poorly. I’m still waiting on a phone call 3 months later and I have called numerous times, This experience was both upsetting and costly, and I would never stay here again or recommend this location to anyone!!!!!
