I wish I could give them no stars I was OK with them for with staying with them for a whole month due to having a fire and my insurance company paid for me to stay at this facility this hotel because of the two dogs they were actually the only hotel that took two dogs or took any dogs so we didn’t have a lot of options of where we could stay so get this. We had two dogs two adults and one child. We had this one little room with two beds with one bathroom and when we first got in, I took pictures because the blinds was messed up at the front. The curtains were bent. There was mold on the ceiling. The little seal on the bathtub there was a lot of dents. There were a lot of things and I didn’t want to be reliable for this now. I don’t have a lot of time to give all the details, but I will say there was a couple of the employees that were great, even though we have pets, we were told at the beginning that one of the housekeepers were not allowed to come in and clean if you had dogs because she was allergic to dogs so we understood that she wasn’t gonna come in and clean, which was fine but if you have stayed in a hotel for almost a month and three days, it is not going to be as easy for you to move out as fast as it is if you check it in, especially if you also had to leave your home because of the fire in the flood that means all of your stuff is in that one little hotel room so it’s gonna take you a while to get your stuff out so I kept asking for keys to be made. He had an attitude problem to make keys that was steak number one the manager, which is Mr. Eric every time I wanted to talk to Mr. Eric, he would never return phone calls. I would always leave a message. I’ll always leave a note. He would always say the front desk did not give him the note and they did not tell him that I was doing a late checkout on the last day of my checkout, which was very rude because that was I mean, not rude but that was not 100% true I feel like because the girl that I saw that night she’s always gave messages to people perfectly fine for the next day. I Understand How he did not know that we were doing a late checkout so that is scooted that would explain why I missed. George was very rude and why Mr. Eric was very Not willing to help as much so after we checked out, Mr. George Ruley told us that we had to 3 o’clock to be out which was fine. We tried our best like I said our house was not ready for us to move in. We had this close and get our keys so it took some time for us to get back from Raleigh back to Pinehurst and get the dogs then also finding out that I had the flu so I was battling that while also trying to move our stuff out so very, not pleasant. I don’t know if it’s because we are not golf people. I don’t know if it’s because of the color of our skin moneywise. I don’t know, but I didn’t wanna say that they were very racism because of it’s a golf community and we are not golfers, but I’m sorry that you guys would only hotel that takes dogs so that’s why we went to this hotel now am I a Hampton person? No, I am a Marriott and this might explain why I am a Marriott also couple of days ago, we got a bill that said that they charge us for six pillows, a comforter, and for deep cleaning deep. Deep cleaning for what there was mold in the bathroom we cleaned we had our own cleaning products. We had a mop I cleaned every day I mopped every day. I swept every day. I even opened up the windows because nobody was coming to clean and I had a bleach for the bathroom to clean out the bathtub so I’m trying to figure out what that deep cleaning was for and second of all those pillows yeah I give those on the first day so I’m not understanding why I’m getting charged for six pillows and a comforter that made my family itch and my insurance company reverse me for sheets and pillow pillows, but I like how Mr. George and Mr. Eric have not returned my phone call incorporate is not returning my phone calls as well but you got my money 700 and something dollars and still no receipt.

Rooms and service are great. Location is great. Our only complaint would be the breakfast hasn’t been hot or even warm the two times we have stayed there. If the breakfast was a little better, this would be a 5/5 hotel.

I cannot thank this hotel enough for the kindness and care they showed my mom. She hasn’t stayed in a hotel in over seven years, and traveling with her fragile, overweight dog made the experience feel daunting. From the moment we arrived, Terri and Valerie went above and beyond to make them both feel welcomed and comfortable. They treated my mom with patience and warmth, ensuring she felt at ease in a new environment. They even made sure her dog was accommodated with compassion, which meant the world to us. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a truly positive experience thanks to their hospitality. This kind of genuine care is rare, and I’m so grateful to Terri and Valerie for making my mom’s stay not only possible but enjoyable. We’ll remember their kindness for a long time.
