  I stay here once a year with a large golf group and love it! Suites are ser up perfectly and staff is very helpful. Common areas are set up nicely for our group getting together. Breakfast offerings are good too.

  Average no frills a bit disappointing TBH Just feels a little tired and old. My travel companion did notice a cock roach on the kitchen counter so that was a big turn off.

  I recently stayed at this Homewood Suites and was quite disappointed. The hotel feels very dated and is poorly maintained. The rooms and carpeting were filthy and worn, with threads visibly exposed. Additionally, the thermostat was locked, preventing any adjustment below 73 degrees, which made for an uncomfortable stay. They claim they don’t lock them but in my room the Temp was not adjustable beyond what was pre set. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. The quality of the food was subpar, featuring low-quality wilted meats, small water bottles tiny yogurt, and lukewarm eggs that raised concerns about health code compliance. It’s nasty! Not fresh at all. Parking is also a concern, as it's at your own risk; I recommend parking as close to the lobby as possible for safety. Additionally, Several outdoor lights were broken. The front desk staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. There is no energy here. Period. The guest isn’t relevant. Moreover, I was disappointed to find that there were no HHonors benefits, upgrades, or options for late checkout available to Hilton Diamond members. Let alone any other status. They just don’t care because they know they don’t have to since they are one of few Options close by Pinehurst Resort. Although this hotel isn’t technically in Pinehurst it’s in Taylortown. There are better options right down the street such as Springhill suites TownePlace suites Hilton Garden Inn, and even comfort suites all just a short couple of miles down the road. There will soon be two or three additional hotels next-door to this Homewood suites which will likely get them to reconsider The lackluster amenities and service and the hospitality void. Hopefully a different operator as this one must be absent from the operation. ***** The response from hotel is absolutely absurd. They don’t answer the phone, email or in app messages. Totally clueless.

  It was a very nice place to stay. We had a great time. Good breakfast, clean, spacious and quiet room with Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Definitely will return and recommend. All 5 stars well deserved.
