Tara the shuttle driver was patient and welcoming as we were her last ride for the evening. The hotel was clean. I had one issue with the bed frame not being particularly clean. Right where the mattress sits needs to be dusted/wiped. Other than that, our stay was great. The young lady at the front desk was sweet and helpful. I’m mad i didn’t get her name. I had a delay at the airport and this place was perfect.

Essence, the front desk worker, was lovely and pleasant, even though it was stupidly early in the morning. Lázaro, who drove me to the airport in the shuttle, was sweet and funny, and Tryphina was helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend
