    Room was dirty . Found a dead bug in room and someone’s gold name necklace . Shower was filthy . Pool was out of order and wasn’t disclosed at check in . Our kids were so disappointed . Breakfast was busy with all employees eating .

    We stayed here to celebrate my granddaughter's 6th birthday. She wanted to stay at a hotel and to get in the indoor pool. I arrived to check in and was greeted by Adrian. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I told him of our plans and he said that their indoor pool was out of service. I was disappointed. Adrian quickly provided a solution! He suggested we use the indoor pool at their sister hotel, the Aloft, and that we wouldn't have to drive we could catch a shuttle. We arrived at the Aloft and was greeted and immediately taken to the pool which she opened for us! We received exemplary customer service at both hotels which made my granddaughter's birthday a success! I appreciate Adrian so much for all his help!

    Walked in the room, bug in the shower. Air in the room was stale, didn't smell quite clean. When I did get in the shower, the shower handle fell off. Dishwasher was broken. Customer service at checkout was garbage. Wouldn't stay here again if I was paid to

    Great service with very kind, helpful staff. I come here often for work and it’s always very clean. Good breakfast. Nice pillows and great travel size toiletries. Only negative thing I would say is the coffee in the lobby isn’t the best, but having stayed in many hotels it’s nice to have the option. Also want to point out the shuttle drivers are a great help. Don't forget to tip. Thanks for the great stays and I have no doubt many more to come.
