As a disabled traveler, room & site design are important to me, & this facility met my needs. The accessible suite is spacious & has good & safe bathroom design. My shower had many safety bars, a fold-down seat, & a separate handheld shower. Staff are very courteous & helpful. I particularly want to thank Adrian, the weekday evening desk attendant, for ensuring I received a room with the specific accessibility features I needed. He displayed excellent customer service skills & has a warm & welcoming personality. He made me feel that Hilton properties look to hire people who care about optimizing travel experiences for customers.
