I didn’t realize they had connecting rooms until after they booked and there was a baseball team in town and the kids screamed and ding-dong ditched rooms all night making it impossible to sleep. I had a flight at 6 am and left for the airport by 3 and was unable to checkout through the app or at the front desk. No one was even at the front desk when I first got up there.

I travel with these pillows and have slept with these 2 specific pillows for years and i realized i left them in the room since I usually leave them until last so they don't get dirty underneath the suitcases. I called within 20 mins of leaving and the lovely front desk lady said they would leave them at the desk until my boyfriend got off work if they were found for me which of course they would be since I know for a fact they were there. I then had my boyfriend go pick them up after he got off work and he was told they weren't there. These are too very large pillows about 1-2 feet by 2-3 ft each and both pink. Both the woman and man at the front desk were helpful and kind but unfortunately their housekeepers are kleptos and don't even give you an hour to remember any missing items because they know you can't come back right then due to needing to catch a flight. I get its just pillows but they're sentimental to me and most importantly MINE. I would NEVER recommend this hotel EVER TO ANYONE.
