I moved rooms and still didn’t sleep the first night and checked out the following morning. I was tired and picked a place by the airport after arriving late on a transatlantic journey, big mistake. first room faced the parking lot where loud conversations and bright lights interrupted the hum and buzz of the aged appliances and lights in the room and hallway. the second room was marginally better, deeper into the hotel so it was quieter but also mustier. i had no idea when that room was used last. floors were disgusting. the following morning there were insects in the hallway. service was good, they moved me rooms but checkout in the morning was very slow. i would avoid this place

I was promised a 3:30 AM shuttle and when I showed up, they acted like I was crazy. I called the hotel before booking the room and was assured that the shuttle ran 24 hours and 330 would be no problem so I booked the room. When I checked in the lady signed me up for a 330 shuttle. Management later said that there is no 24 hour shuttle and acted like I was lying about the entire situation. Also breakfast was disgusting. The eggs were badly burned and many food containers were just empty.

This hotel is in need of some serious renovation. Parking is inadequate, I had to walk very far, late at night. It wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t clean. There was a hair on the coffee station that was there the entire length of my stay so I didn’t try the breakfast. The elevator is small and creaky and the ice machine on one of the floors was broken. The television wasn’t working and they had me to fish around behind the dresser to try to find the plug that was disconnected. I never found it. The place is dog friendly and I saw at least 6 come through the lobby. I like dogs but it made it especially concerning that the carpet in the room was sticky and my cousin has severe allergies. Oh! And someone’s laptop bag was stolen from the lobby and the hotel staff didn’t seem to help much. Not sure how they set their price point but $253 for one night was not worth it.
