- WMWayne MeadsDec 18, 20253.0Maintenance was lacking. The telephones did not work. There was no way to call the front desk. The lavatory faucet handle was so loose I was afraid it might come off in my hand. The tub/shower faucet handle was also loose though not quite as loose as the lavatory handle. The lavatory drain was slow due to improper stopper adjustment. The shower head was not adjustable. On the plus side, the bottom of the tub was textured such that it was not slippery and the tub/shower had a grab bar on the far wall. Another grab bar was needed at the entrance to the tub to assist with stepping into the tub/shower. Staff was available & helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

- DBDon BNov 4, 20255.0All the associates I spoke to were awsome and very helpful. Complimentary Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and bug free(I always check for bed bugs,roaches). The grounds were very clean and well kept. There is a trail on the back of the property that leads down to a large grass covered earthen raised contained area. Walked down and enjoyed that for a while to enjoy the view of the water.
