The first reservation I made through the app and I did it as a non cancel reservation. The guys here talked me through how to make a reservation for the earlier night and then went through the trouble of actually linking my reservations so I don't have to change rooms in between nights. Jamel took the time to double check both reservations, adjust what needed to be adjusted,m and make sure my wife and I were taken care of. I haven't even gotten there yet and am already planning on staying here next time i'm in town. It would've been easy for them to say "Sorry, you made the two reservations, that's on you." But they took the time to make sure We were taken care of. That's huge in today's world.
