Good if you need a room in this area, but in this day, charging $75 for a pet staying in the room is a bit ridiculous. There is no way that a pet adds $75 of extra cleaning to the room. The Aloft in Asheville doesn't charge any extra for up to two dogs of any size and is a MUCH MUCH nicer hotel and the prices are about the same. Probably will just go there next time even though it is 40 minutes away due to this ridiculous pet fee. Get rid of that fee and maybe make it a reasonable $15-20 if you must have one at all. Thanks .

We stayed in Hampton Inn, on our way to a vacation destination after an accident we had on the road. We walked in, without reservation, a family of 5 and a dog. We felt welcome from the 1st minute. They accepted our dog, with an extra fee, and a super cute goodie bag for him. The whole hotel, common spaces and rooms was amazingly clean, and you could see that there was care and love in all the details: Christmas decorations, the little snack bags -I guess with breakfast items- to go in the morning, the cookies in the afternoon, the corner with necessities to buy that was very well equipped etc... I need to mention also the people working- front desk, the cleaning ladies the lady at the breakfast- they all were extremely nice and helpful even when they were seeing with our dog who is a larger breed.
Although our stay wasn't planned it sure made our day (and night) much much better ! Thank you everyone and happy holidays!!!

Loved our stay at the Hampton. Breakfast was very good. Everything you can imagine on the Breakfast bar from eggs to cereal, waffles you make, toast, fruit and fruit juice. They even make especially good chocolate chip cookies fresh every day. It is quiet, beds are comfortable and everything works. There's a coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer, tv, and dorm size refrigerator in each room. We have relatives nearby so we're staying there again a few days after Christmas.

We just got back from a wonderful weekend in Marion. We stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was very delicious, and the lady that prepared the food and cleaned the breakfast area was incredibly nice. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was coffee and hot tea available at all times which was wonderful for me as I am definitely a coffeeholic. My kids really enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookies that were available. It was such a nice little getaway, and staying here was a huge part of that. I 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
