But she kept her composure and called her supervisor, who helped her over the phone; then showed up in person. They had free hot chocolate so it made the wait easier. Once past that hiccup, the room was very nice and well planned out. The refrigerator was in a cabinet, so both it and the AC/heater were very quiet. We slept very well until someone vacuumed outside our door. The shower had plenty of hot water. Overall, the hotel was well worth the money.

I especially want to recognize Nick at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He greeted me with a warm smile, answered all of my questions patiently, and even offered helpful suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with comfortable bedding and all the basic amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, and the common areas were well maintained. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and Nick’s outstanding customer service really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
