- JFjon fitterDec 15, 20251.0On a COLD December night, they refused a 71 year old disabled Veteran , because I lived within 20 miles. it was 15 degrees, my heat pump failed and as Silver member ( A diamond member for 10myears before retiring in 2021) The resevation was confirmed and accepted, but at the desk the agent was rude and stated that it was non refundable and that I would loose the points i used to help pay and the $120.00 This is a disgrace and a formal complaint was made w HILTON this location is a disgrace to the Hilton name. I understand there is a problem in the area w drugs and other issues, but there should be some discretion and they should not accept the reservation on line and then state they are keeping my monies. I went home and slept in my car to stay warm, I am consideringlegal action.

We arrived at the hote at 11:30 pm after a 6 hour drive only to find the front door locked and no one manning the front desk. We called and called and nothing. Had to sleep In our car. This is unacceptable for this chain, and make it worst they required me to pay upfront. I would not recommend this property for anything!!!!!!!!!
