She was very nice once she greeted us. She put us in room 102. When we went to the room, the door was open. We walked in, I immediately wanted to go back to the desk and tell her to cancel the room. The carpet in the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the hotel opened, the room stinks, the bathroom is dirty, wall paper is coming off the walls, ceilings are terrible, we checked the beds for bed bugs (the room is that gross). It's very dated and unacceptable for Hampton Inn standards. The lobby was very nice, you'd expect the rooms to be a well. We won't be back. We're sleeping fully dressed because we don't want our skin on the sheets.
