Roaches and Ambivalence - Hampton Inn is in a decent location next to a small shopping area. Could be a great hotel but isn’t. Roaches - one crawled up the bed my daughters was sleeping in - I hate roaches. Had other travelers report roaches in their rooms as well from the group I was with. After we found d our visitor, I went to tell the front desk. The guy would not get off his cell phone, didn’t get up off his stool, and acted annoyed I had bothered him. Going to to reconsider whether Hampton Inns are a hotel chain we use in the future. LB

We stayed here because of unforeseen circumstances. We got a room is was around like 9:00 Sunday night. We got a room because it was pouring down rain and we had a u-haul trailer loaded with SOME of our belongings. So after loading the U-haul trailer, 2 vehicles we was already tired and its was pouring down rain and we couldn't see to drive so we stopped for the night. We got a room and we both wanted a shower because of us busting our butts loading everything. Well my husband got a shower first got out and TRIED to blow dry his hair. I went to the service desk to get a new blow dryer, he said I will bring you one in a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes he never brought me one, I took a shower and my husband called the front desk 7 times he never answered, then my husband went to the front desk snd he waited at least 10 minutes he never came out or to see what he wanted. So my husband finally went in the rain to the vehicle to get mine out of my car after digging to find it. The rooms is nice,beds are comfortable all around nice room but the service is poor and no drink machine on the first floor.

Had to stay here for a week long work training.
My bed reeked of urine smell. CJ was helpful and immediately got me into a new room. Good location, walking distance to restaurants and stores in the plaza. There was an investigation in one of the rooms near mine one of the days I was there, crime scene tape, etc. Breakfast was awesome and the woman who runs the show is the sweetest and did awesome.

I’ve been a loyal Hilton Honors Diamond member for years, and I’ve always appreciated the excellent service I receive at Hampton Inn locations. Unfortunately, my recent experience was nothing like that.
During my stay, I was treated very poorly by a front desk worker named CJ. From the moment I arrived, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering a warm welcome or acknowledging my Diamond status, he seemed irritated by even basic questions about my reservation and benefits. His tone was rude, and he made me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued guest.
As someone who stays with Hilton frequently, I’ve come to expect courtesy, respect, and a certain level of professionalism — none of which were shown here. This interaction left me extremely disappointed and reconsidering where I book my future stays.
I sincerely hope this issue is addressed, as no guest, especially a loyal Diamond member, should ever be made to feel unwelcome
