Nice double suite. It was clean. The thirteen step entrance was a challenge

This was my first time at a Hilton resort so I'm not sure how it compares to others. The rooms are spacious and lovely, fully stocked with everything you need for a week-long vacation, even balconies to admire the surrounding trees. There's a large indoor pool for winter, but there's nowhere to change except the bathroom, and it has no place to store your clothes. So it's awkward to use in the winter. Also know this is a great place to bring kids. So you will hear lots of happy children early in the morning. (There are quiet hours) There's an arcade for teens, and the resort offers lots of crafty classes for a range of ages. This is a great option for families.

Came here with my parents, my fiancé and our 2 kids. The rooms were amazing, the beds are very comfortable and spotless. There is plenty of space within each suite. We really enjoyed being able to have 2 king suites connected to each other. My son loved the little "waterpark" as he calls it. Everything is very well maintained here and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning in the summer.

Everything about this place is great, with the sole exception of how loud the rooms are. Even if you get a top floor, you might not have people above your head but you can hear your neighbors in the adjoining suite as if they were sitting in your living room. Their phone ringing, TV, nose blowing, burping, opening a can of soda, conversations of any kind, coughing, unpacking groceries…you name it, you can hear it. The privacy between suites is nonexistent. And for those who don’t experience this issue., it’s because they themselves are the noisemakers. This is our second year coming here and we had the same issue last year, brought it to management’s attention, and are disappointed to see/hear that it hasn’t been resolved in the last year. All it would take would be insulating the adjoining door between suites with an exterior door that is insulated, because right now it’s a flimsy interior door that provides no separation of noise whatsoever. We love this place otherwise - great location, service, space, amenities, etc. But we will have to think about coming back due to the extreme lack of privacy between units.

Buyer beware - the accommodations are intentionally misrepresented by Hilton and the third party booking sites. I booked a three bedroom suite (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins) for me, my husband, two kids and elderly in laws for late December. It was only after searching for nearby activities and restaurants that I found reviews and photos cautioning that these are actually annexed structures - not within a hotel, and there are no less than 30 stairs to climb. Oddly enough I couldn't find any of this information or these photos at the Hilton website or any other third party booking site. I attempted several times to explain that my in laws cannot navigate these stairs safely and I needed to cancel my booking to find more accessible places to stay. Even though I had also purchased a "booking protection plan", the Hilton and Expedia refused to cancel my reservation for a full refund, instead both companies pointing the finger at each other.
