There was an issue noticed after unpacking and I called downstairs to let them know. He asked did I want to move and I told him it would be too much as my party was already unpacked and resting due to me arriving after the1 am. Quan was very apologetic and assured me that he would put the service order in a someone would fix the issue between 8 am and 5 pm. That afternoon I mentioned it to another staff desk person and she mentioned it was on the list. This issue was never resolved and this room should be not been lent out until it was fixed. The closet door was completely off the hindges. Either it was broken by the prior renters and/or housekeeping never went to the closet and didn’t see it. I’m glad my partner was with me as I was moving it because he grabbed it as it was coming down on me . As a Hilton honors member I do expect a higher quality while it comes to the establishments. There was also minimal to no soap however staff did assist. These little details should be handled prior to guest. Also there was Patrick’s the ceiling hanging in the corner. Hopefully this can be rectified.

- JSJames SmithDec 17, 20251.0This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t get to the hotel until after midnight. I couldn’t get in the front door for security reasons. The lady working the front desk didn’t want to hang up her phone call to answer me calling to get in, so she screams “it’s open”. Then I’m greeted with “Do you have ID”. Nothing was mentioned about being a diamond member (not that I care but I know they’re supposed to). She didn’t ask if I had been there before and didn’t tell me where the elevator was or anything else. Best part was the room. There were hairs in the sink, the sink plunger broke so it was closed and water wouldn’t drain, I pull the covers back and there was a peppermint in the bed and one fell off the comforter to the floor. If it was t so late I would’ve went somewhere else. I don’t sleep under the covers worried of the safety and cleanliness. Then I got a text a 5am asking how my visit was and if I needed anything. I told the lady working the front desk in the morning who said she’d tell the manager. I didn’t want to pay for my visit. The manager didn’t call me, he had the employee call me to tell me he’s giving me 10k points. I’ll never stay there again and tell everyone I know to never stay there. Nasty!! I forgot to mention the room smelled like moldy carpet and one elevator seemed to be barely holding on to one cable. I took the stairs which lead outside but better than the elevator.
