While I was there I experienced a small maintenance issue and Katie made sure it was taken care of! Cisco was also very friendly and helpful when I felt like a silly goose trying to buy a drink in the market!

And I was not impressed with the Wi-Fi as the signal and the TV kept going in and out There was quite a bit of light intrusion and extreme sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms due to the gaps in the door

Whatever issues they may have been having (based on other reviews) with the construction seem to be gone. As others noted, the breakfast was very simple. Just bagels, toast and cereal. Nothing sweet, nothing hot.
