- DRDiane R6 days ago1.0Yes I know it was my sister fault for leaving it behind but she knows for 1000% fact and exactly where she left her flat iron in her room 220 and no one has been in the room since so “supposedly” the cleaning staff didn’t find it and they have been giving her a different story each time. I have gone and each time well it might be locked up in the supervisor office cause it’s an expensive item. So I guess one of the staff has a really nice flat iron.. I guess I’ll keep an eye out Facebook Marketplace cause she just got it for Christmas (Pic of the flat iron) again she knows she is wrong for leaving it but come on honest has definitely not this hotels motto so definitely don’t recommend the Hampton Inn in Hampton Inn & Suites Holly Springs

- NHNathan HallDec 16, 20252.0Heat dont work in rooms. First room I walked in it was 55deg, heat wouldn't kick on. Unit clicks like it tries to work but heat wouldn't come out of unit. 2nd room temp was like 64, a bit more manageable, didnt feel like getting another room. Came to room after work next day, only reason room heated up was because outside temp heated the room. Cool air blows from unit no heat. Unit does same thing as other room's unit, Thermostat set to 70 when I left, only 68 degrees in room. For the price these units need serviced if its a freezing issue then empty room's units should have been turned prior to the arctic blast. Other than that rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Manager on duty was accommodating with first switch but I didnt bother another time due to working 12 hrs. Breakfast was also great.

I can hear the people next door and above me no privacy at all even if I talk on the phone or flush the toilet and listen to a baby crying!! Omg, I only slept 3 hours. Don’t recommend the 2nd. Floor and no soap in the bottles and no microwave come on for reals!! 👎🏼
