    Rooms are very spacious. Large fridge, microwave, dish washer, dishes. Two rooms with two beds and pull out couch. Was just my husband and me and one room and Mom and granddaughter in the other. Could have easily accommodated six in each room. The lady at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was the couch cushions were a little dingy. They are about to remodel. Hoping that is one of the things they fix first.

    I booked this hotel as part of a travel baseball team and, as a Hilton Honors member, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service, cleanliness, and overall standards—especially for a property under the Hilton name. The bathroom was unacceptable: there was a red stain above the toilet that appeared to be blood, peeling wallpaper, and a broken shower fixture. A second shower nozzle had been installed halfway down the wall as a workaround, which was both inconvenient and unsightly. We stayed for one night and left a $10 tip. Unfortunately, we accidentally left clothing (baseball uniform) on the back of the bathroom door and medication in the refrigerator. When we called later that day to check if housekeeping had placed these items in lost and found, the front desk attendant could only tell us the room had been cleaned and advised us to call back the next day. When we followed up, the manager offered no assistance and stated that nothing had been found. This experience falls far below the standards I expect from Hilton and reflects poorly on the brand’s commitment to service and ethics. Do not book this hotel.

    I stayed at this hotel on November 15, 2025, for business and later noticed bite marks on my neck, arm, and leg. This hotel clearly has a bedbug issue that needs to be addressed.

    Booked a 18 day stay for work as a diamond member. Stayed 8 days without getting my room cleaned, had to ask house keeping just to get tissue, towels, and rags. The place is extremely short staff. Front desk staff are cleaning rooms, serving breakfast, while keeping up with the front desk. This place needs more staff.
