I’ve been here plenty of times and the front desk has been great; the new girl with the wrist brace was very rude to me and someone else I know at a completely separate time.

They've done some updates - you can see nicer quality wallpaper and fixtures, but shoddy work. Hooks coming out from the walls, messy patching. Like headquarters sent the supplies but the local labor wasn't high quality. Otherwise great. Really nice breakfast

Tia kicked us out of the pool area at 943pm. Said we couldn't hang out on a Saturday night after working 70 hr. Work week. The plack on the wall said 10pm, pool closed. Meanwhile i try to sleep on a friday night for work at 6am and people run up and down the hallways screaming and nothing is done about that. Breakfast is terrible, soggy eggs and stale bread. Coffee is weak. This place has roaches and doesn't clean your room daily. Got stuck in elevator for 20 minutes while I stayed there. Customer service is terrible here. Asked them to clean my room, didn't happen for three days. My company spends good money for a crew to stay here weeks at a time. Find another place to stay in the area. I travel for a living, this place isn't up to standards.
