Nice location, but Erica the front desk person was absolutely horrible. Never in my life have I experience the level of rudeness by anyone. My in laws lost their home, dogs and every piece of important information they have due to a house fire. They were put up in the room by red cross. This lady did not care and made it very clear she did not care. Tried to have my husband removed from the property because he wanted to check on his grandfather to bring him food and his medicine and he was not responding to us. We had to call the police department for a well fare check. Then after returning to the hotel with his grandmother who finally was able to leave the hospital, was told he was not allowed on the premises and she would call the cops. What a way to be treated after losing everything you own.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Franklin, North Carolina. The staff was extremely accommodating, warm, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and consistently well prepared, which made a big difference in starting each day. This was a very stressful work trip for me, as I had to deal with a very demanding boss the entire time. Despite that, the hotel staff made the experience so much more enjoyable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and the comfort they provided truly stood out and helped turn a difficult trip into a pleasant stay. I would absolutely recommend this Hampton Inn and would gladly stay here again.

Not sure I've ever written a bad review, but here goes. On 11/28 my wife an I rolled into this hotel looking to spend the (1) night. Front desk clerk said they had availability and quoted me the rate. I'm a Hilton member but usually check rates through Hotel.com as well. In this case, the Hotel.com rate was lower, so I booked the room while still standing in the lobby. Once the Hotel.com booking came through to the Hampton Inn, the clerk noticed that I had inadvertently booked the room for 11/29 by mistake. I asked if she could simply change the date, and she said no, and that Hotel.com would need to do it. So I called Hotels.com and explained the situation, but they said that they had to abide by the Hampton rules and they needed to approve the date change. I explained what Hotels said to the clerk and she said that only her manager was authorized to make this type change. But..........she would not be in again until 12/1 as it was a holiday weekend. The clerk then said my only option would be to book the correct night (11/28) and ask her manager for a credit for the 11/29 booking. Note: This 2nd booking I made through Hampton Inn vs Hotels.com. Spring forward to 12/1 when I called and explained the situation to the manager, who said only her owner could approve a credit like this. Several hours later the manager emailed me back and said her owner would not approve a credit back to a 3rd party, in this case Hotel.com. In my mind, Hampton Inn got paid once by Hotel.com (for 11/29) and once by me (11/28), and we only stayed on 11/28. The RIGHT THING to do was for the Hampton Inn to credit back Hotel.com for 11/29, then Hotel.com to credit us back. That said, this is not about the $, but the principle of doing what's RIGHT, especially seeing this mistake was identified literally 5 minutes after it was made! Bottom Line, this owner & manager are completely unethical and I'd take your business elsewhere!
