I was greeted this evening by a woman at the front desk who decided to start cursing before any real conversation. Informed me the nobody knows when the room will be ready and said it could be after 5. The one who came in behind her at 3pm wouldn't even ask me my name to check my reservation to see if a room was ready. This is unprofessional and I cannot recommend people to stay away from this location. For $200 per night, you all can find better accommodations. If this is how management wants their employees to treat their members, so be it and take your business elsewhere. CANNOT RECOMMEND ANOTHER LOCATION MORE!

They provided me incorrect information, didn’t honor my request, refused to move me even though the hotel was virtually empty, and blamed an employee in training for the misinformation provided. Be careful booking here. Staff will not help you.

Staff wasn’t rude but really need to be more friendly and informative. Upon my arrival the desk clerk offered no information as to the hotel such as the location of elevators, fitness center, ice or vending, breakfast or any other information. I was not recognized as a Hilton Diamond Status member and not a word during checkout as to my stay or even a thank you come stay again
