Been traveling last 2 weeks and stayed in many hotels. This hotel is by far is the worst I have been in. The bed was horrible, up all night. The chair in the room was artistic yet very uncomfortable and the desk chair not only incredibly low but wasn’t stable and was impossible to sit straight on it. The super 8 was 100x better. Figured this was owned by Hilton, cost more and looks great online but the room just was horrible. Never again. Don’t leave many reviews especially negative ones but I cannot believe how bad this was.

I had a bit of an unexpected stay in Dunn, NC, but this hotel made it easier. The rooms were super clean and they had room for my pet and I. They treated both me and my pet well and spoiled the dog with biscuits. The customer service was fantastic, even the night crew. Breakfast was filling and the coffee was good for hotel coffee. The checkout time is 12pm, which was helpful for us as well. If you need a place to stop off for the night, I recommend you stop here.

DO NOT STAY HERE if you are looking for a nice stay with pleasant employees.
While traveling for work, as always, I come to check in as an additional guest, charging the card on file for the room. Betsy insisted for the person that made the reservation and card holder to be present, or a third party authorization form be filled out. OBVIOUSLY this hotel that somehow carries the Hilton name doesn't understand what a third party authorization form is actually for. I was not here trying to use someone else's card, I was checking in as an additional guest to room that has my name on it and has already been paid for.
After a lot of calls to my very unhappy boss, and over 25 minutes sitting on the lobby waiting for a digital check in to update so I can get a key to my room, Betsy said she could allow me to check in my room as a one time courtesy, and gave me my room key. I asked why she couldn't have done this 25 minutes ago, and her response was "Because". I told her ok and began to walk away towards the elevator. Betsy continued to yell at me "you got your room, right? Ok then". YELLING AT ME FROM THE LOBBY CHECK IN DESK.
Betsy is the manager on duty. She is training another guy to be the same way as she is.
This hotel is right beside the interstate. It's ran by people that yell at their guests. We will not be staying here tomorrow night after our experience tonight with Betsy.
