    Do not stay at this hotel, stink bugs in the bed and no hot water and no refund or even a reduction off the bill. Susan Winston

    This was one of the best hotels that I stayed in lately. He was very clean and had a wine based steam, even though I don’t drink wine it was really nice. All of the front desk staff greeted you when you came in and were very nice I arrived early, but because my room was ready they let me check in early, which was awesome The room was very nice and updated and they have rooms that are strictly for non-pet owners There is signage on the door that it is prohibited to bring a pet in that room, which I appreciate it The rooms were very spacious, updated and clean. Slow close toilet seats.

    There were prices on everything in the room. I was afraid to even make a coffee in the morning. After arriving home I noticed an extra charge to my room. I called and they were trying to charge me $4.89 for welches fruit snacks I didn’t take from room. I think that was very shady. How many people do they do that to daily. I won’t be back.

    We stayed at the Hampton Inn, Shelton Vineyards this weekend for a wedding. I would definitely recommend. I was told that the hotel has been renovated. I did not see it pre reno, however, I really liked it. We had our sweet Pitty dog with us and she did very well. All the staff were friendly And accommodating. I enjoyed breakfast and the wine bar. The only issue was there was a problem with one elevator, however, I am sure that will be rectified soon. Would highly recommend. Thanks Hilton
