- TTtara121285Dec 23, 20255.0This was my first hotel experience with my toddler and I was kind of nervous. But it ended up being the best hotel experience I've ever had. The room was cozy, comfortable, and convenient. The kitchenette come fully functional with a full-sized fridge and freezer, stove, pots and pans and silverware, dishwasher, sink, table/desk and stocked coffee and tea station. The bedroom and living room have a door for full separation so we were able to put our daughter to sleep while we stayed up. And the kingsized bed was very comfortable. Very cozy pillows and sheets. The included continental breakfast has a wide selection. The indoor pool is heated with nice, thick warm towels and plenty of poolside seating, there are luggage carts available right in the lobby and a nice little store where you can buy wine, ice cream, microwavable meals, snacks, dog bowels, blankets, and leashes, and toiletries that you may have forgotten. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. It's very kid and pet friendly. Everything is clean and just super nice. I will never airbnb or go to another hotel again, if I can help it. We are a Homewood suites by Hilton now.

Second update - I'm dropping this from 3 to 1 stars as Hilton continued to waste my time implying there would be a resolution only to give me the runaround for multiple days. The diamond desk notes this is a problem with the local hotel management, local hotel management will "call me back" *post Hilton response edit Opted to contact Hilton after seeing they offered a generic reply to my review, unfortunately no resolution was offered just a "we will call you back".
