    Amanda was amazing!! We saw the wild horses, some amazing homes and even dolphins!’ Would highly recommend taking this tour with Amanda. She was very knowledgeable, kind and so much fun!! Also a great driver:) thank you!!

    Great experience! Our tour guide Mike did a phenomenal job educating us on the horses, their history and behavior, then put us near the horses for some great pictures. We had a perfect November afternoon and a wonderful time. I’d recommend highly for an enjoyable family adventure. Thanks Mike!

    Pros: We saw plenty of wild horses! We covered ground and checked out several families of horses. We had a great beach ride and saw plenty of beach and saw both juvenile and grown Corolla wild horses. The guys at the office were great, office dog was great, I love the local art available for purchase. 10/10. Cons: Our tour guide was not super fun. If I wanted to be trapped in a jeep with a man talking about libertarianism for 2 hours I'd listen to Joe Rogan on my own time - and not spend over $500 for the experience. I'd say the first hour he okay and shared a lot of ecological information, history, pirates, living on the sand, etc. The second hour he just wanted to hear himself talk, but not in an informative or entertaining way. He started making weird comments about burning down his neighbors houses, government, CNN, and unsolicited celebrity gossip. Uncomfortable at times. No one in our party made any political comments (or any comments really) and so this kind of derailed the experience. I'm not a prude or anything, this was just a bit much.

    Had a tour this morning and LOVED IT! Thanks Mike for providing both historical facts and a fun adventure seeing the wild horses during my visit (11/8/25). Mike's fun spirit, enthusiasm, and professionalism made the tour a memorable one with my friends. We got to see the horses on the beach, and around the area. - Thank you!

    My only activity I planned a must do while visiting OBX was to go on Wild Horse tour and it was so amazing. The guided tour is about two hours long it takes you to a remote area where the horses congregate. Tour guide is familiar with the territory, so you definitely see many horses in their natural habitat. My advice if booking the tour is to wear warmer clothing, as vehicle navigates on the beach (very windy) and opened on all sides. Such a beautiful experience highly recommend it!
