- BSbasia smithOct 28, 20251.0I stayed at this location two weeks ago. My stay wasn’t as pleasant as I would’ve liked it to be. I had a lot going on and the last thing I needed was an unpleasant experience with staff. When I checked in the front desk agent Todd was very Rude! I was asking him about different accommodations and he flat out told me “No we don’t do that” ,without any thought . After conversing back and forth he just became more irritable to the point he couldn’t even hide it through his mannerism's. Despite all of that I went to have breakfast the next morning and that was the best part of my stay. To my surprise there was a young woman named Shannon who truly turned my judgment of this hotel around ! She was super customer friendly and just overall down to earth. The food was great best I’ve had at a hotel and I travel and stay in hotels often. May seem unimportant to some, but you never know why someone is traveling and it doesn’t take much to just be kind!
