  Bathroom and shower is an absolute joke. Lukewarm water and literally I could pump water by hand with more pressure. Bathroom was moldy due to the shower curtain not containing the water at all so the ENTIRE bathroom floor will be slick and of course no fan to even help remedy this. Location is sketchy at night with random people walking through the parking lot and hotel windows. The parking lot where you have to park your car is absolutely horrible and will destroy your car from all the tree branches and acorns falling on your car's sunroof and chipping the paint on your car's roof. Coffee area in lobby was always a mess and good luck trying to get a cup of coffee because they were completely empty our entire stay. I honestly cannot believe that Hilton is even associated with this property and the the management of it. They are way overpriced especially considering the many better options in close vicinity to them and will charge your card on file for fees that are nowhere in any of the check in paper work at the hotel or in your Hilton App and not mentioned by anyone at the front desk. Managers are unavailable to assist you with anything because no one knows when they come to work or what their schedule is so good luck with that 🤷 Save your time money and sanity and choose to sleep in your car before staying at this hotel.

  Friendly efficient staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast! Choices, the folks kept it fresh and tidy. Perfect location to stay while attending the Renaissance Festival:-)

  1) the shower was not contained so the whole bathroom floor was covered in water after a shower. 2) the very bright outside lights pointed directly in our room was so bright I could not sleep - could not shut curtains because they were not the type to close all the way . Absolutely worst stay at any hotel Mold in showers too Staff seemed friendly , breakfast was nice except only 1 slow toaster for the 50 people standing in line to make toast lol But , the people were nice and breakfast was decent .

  Stepdaughter booked us room for her dad’s birthday. Everything was just PERFECT. There just happened to be a corvette show that weekend. Very close to NASCAR museum and events. Including the race track

  Hey all! Love my Hilton brand and Hampton specifically, but this location had unwelcome staff and the rooms and even hallways had a strange odor to them. I wasn't greeted with my status when I got there, the breakfast was the weakest I've had on the Hilton brand. Location is great, room was spacious. If you're reading the reviews, go to Homewood down the road, also Hilton and they do a stellar job in the same room and rate range.
