Rooms need redoing. The front desk person didn't acknowledge our Gold member status. Forgot the water and a sweet. Besides the rooms, if you are offering cookies downstairs, make sure they are edible. They were hard as rocks and we threw them out. Sorry, but all of this is sad, but we keep on coming.

I generally like to stay at The Hampton because they are always conveniently located near freeways & places to eat and offer free breakfasts. This location was in a great area, close to freeways and shopping and restaurants. Not a too busy area which was nice. Overall facility was nice and grounds were well kept. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in a king room. The bed was cozy but the room itself needs some updating. The walls looked like there had been leaks and the plaster was bubbling a little in some areas. The bathroom had the same issues. The shower rod needed to be tightened and the shower curtain didn’t really fit the shower. I think if they do some updates the rooms would be really really nice. However, enjoyed the stay overall.
