She mentioned she’s only working part-time, but the level of professionalism she showed was truly next-level. She took the time to listen to me, handed me a fresh blanket, and even helped me prepare my hot chocolate all while juggling front desk responsibilities. Despite being busy, she handled everything with grace and a genuine smile for every guest who walked in. The rooms are also impressive new, clean, and smelling fresh, with blankets that feel crisp and cozy. Pls. Keep her! High recommended for the room and customer service .
- SPSJ PNov 30, 20254.0The hotel is clean and is in a convenient location to local attractions. The email I was in, king size bed, had basic furniture no decor. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows needed to be replaced. The room was quiet and the noise from the heater was minimal. Checking in the woman was nice and provided information about the hotel but her accent made it difficult to fully understand. At checkout the woman paid no attention and I had to ask her about procedures. It was my second time staying here for the Thanksgiving holiday but, I plan to look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

We enjoyed the new clean rooms, pool and the amazing breakfast. Free parking was a huge bonus, as staying internally in the city parking is charged extra anywhere else. The location was wonderful. Even though we were right off of the freeway, our room was quiet and we uber'd into town, which I recommend. The staff at the front desk were superb! You made our Anniversary Stevie Nicks trip a huge success and we are both very grateful for your services. Five stars from our family!
- JCJeff CockmanOct 24, 20254.0I had a comfortable stay at the Tru off Tyvola. It is convenient to I-77/Tyvola Road, but with that came a lot of road noise. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. The gym is nice as it has a Peloton bike, but it is small. The price was very reasonable for the area, so I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
