There's literally no reason for it, and if I had known I would have looked elsewhere since the total price is inflated by what in my opinion is a scummy hidden fee. The part that got the two stars removed is parking. $10 a night that you have to pay via QR code. I got to the hotel around 8:30 for the night and left before 8am the next morning. In that timeframe, someone had been in my vehicle and messed stuff around. My doors were 100% locked when I got to the hotel the night before. Thankfully, nothing was missing from my vehicle but just make sure nothing gets left in the car. When I went to let the lady at the front desk know, she was very uninterested and made it sound like it is a common issue.

Their rooms are very comfortable, with fantastic wheelchair accessible rooms. The free breakfast is the typical for the Hilton brand. FYI, there's plenty of quick grab snacks, etc to purchase at the front desk, as well as beverages.
