  Recently stated at this hotel to visit a family friend. YIKES. This place looks NOTHING like the Staybridge website!! The site touts itself as updated modular apartment style suites. Got to the room after an exhausting day of travel ready to relax, just to find out I would have felt more clean and comfortable if I were camping in the woods. Ready to clean up from travel I was met with a clogged sink and a clogged shower. Great, just what I want - a flooded shower full of dirty water after being on a plane for 5 hours. Bathroom was very cramped and the room and the hotel had a strong smell of mold/mildew like it was seeping down through the walls. I was itchy when I left and the bed was so uncomfortable. At one point I tried to turn on the heat, but it smelled like pure gas, so slept in the freezing cold because the heater was not trustworthy. I would have left to stay at a different hotel I was too tired from travel to reschedule new accommodations last minute and spend more money.

  This hotel is a nightmare. They charged me a damage fee when nothing was damaged. The explanation for the fee was not a damage fee it was because front desk came to my room for a noise complaint when it wasn’t even my kids in the room that was running up and down the hallway playing knock knock zoom on the doors and the room next to us was smoking weed. But because the lady was butt hurt my husband told her he would take care of the kids that was watching tv in our room not causing any problems the black lady next door has to be racist because she only called on my room not the other across the hall which were also black people. But it’s ok if you smoke weed in your room when there is no smoking in the hotel. But they didn’t seem to care that my son has asthma and there was weed smell coming from her room.
