Everyone I encountered here acted as if they could not be bothered with the simplest of task. Request hand soap on the very first day of arrival never got it. Requested towels never got it. We had a double bed room suite The layout of the bathroom was awkward and was cracking at the bottom of the shower. Will never be back plenty of other places to stay near by for the same cost.

We wanted to be close to Elevation Church Ballantyne, Goodwill, The Bowl & Bad Daddys. It was perfect b/c everything was 4 to 7mins away from our hotel. Our stay at Staybridge was exactly what we needed especially with me haven't broken my femur in August. I was still uneasy and was mobile only in a wheelchair. The manager was kind to allow us to park in handicap b/c of me but I will say that everyone we had any interaction with was kind and accommodating. The room was a double with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on the softest yet firm pillows to match. There was a sofa sleeper & full kitchen with a bar to sit at for meals. Televisions in both living area & bedroom. The shower & toilet was closed off allowing the sink & closet open to others. There was a thermostat to adjust to our liking and we definitely took advantage of that. One of the accommodations that really stood out for me was a complete breakfast bar with different stations that had pancakes, mini waffles that the guest prepared themselves with a host of toppings, eggs, grits with cheese toppings, cold cereal, fruit, ham, bacon, sausage and of course milk, juice, coffee & tea. The room was huge & accommodated large groups, families and has a terrace if you preferred to eat outside. This room was open until evening but not for breakfast. Many sat in there and worked from their computers. There's a gym & other accommodations for the guest. I rate this hotel high on my list for obvious reasons.
