But over the phone, they told us we’d get a full refund since the cancellation wasn’t our fault. But we still haven’t received the refund and it’s been over a month. I placed a report with my bank, the bank contacted them, and they also haven’t responded to my bank. If you book, be careful about when they cancel on you for no fault of your own, and good luck getting a refund.
