I asked for a refund and to go somewhere else because I was uncomfortable but was told the manager said no because I was given other rooms to stay in. After moving rooms I realized they were all equally disgusting. Do not stay here! I’m surprised they don’t have bed bugs. Wish the manager would have let me leave- but now you can deal with the community seeing a bad review. 10/10/25- I see the nice response and gesture from the hotel. I was not refunded yet and do not have high hopes that it will be.
