    Took 50 minutes to Check into my room, the drive from the airport was shorter, this hotel is severely understaffed for the traffic

    DO NOT STAY HERE- The fire alarm goes off every other day, once at 5am disturbing our peace for no reason. There is a malnfunction that they don't want to reimburse you for or care that your rest is disturbed. On top of that, the service is HORRIBLE. The kitchen staff called off and we didn't get the breakfast that comes with the reservation. We checked in the room, hair still in tub that was not ours, and the dishes were dirty. Poor follow up on housekeeping- overall NO I do not recommend this place, there are other hotels in the area that will do right by you. I will never stay here again the vibe was totally off, no rest, no peace.

    Everything was going great until check out day. Check in was easy and lady was super friendly. The few additional interactions we all nice. The room did smell musty like mildew, but overall, the room was nice. So, everything was going well. The night before checking out I called down to the desk from the phone in the room. Nice friendly man answered the phone, I asked if I could get a late check out, he responded with my room number and asked what time I would like. My response was, whatever he could do. He responded would 2pm work. I was very excited with this answer and told him yes and think you. Having a toddler that doesn't sleep much at night this was super nice. I told my wife how excited our time had been at this hotel, and we were excited to book a trip again soon. Well, that changed in the morning. Normal check out is 12. And sure, enough there was a knock on the door at 12 on the dot. Housekeeping asked what time my checkout was. I responded I was told 2pm. She said OK and walked away. So, I assumed everything was ok. 1230 I get a call on my cell phone from the hotel from a hostel sounding lady telling me I have to be out of the room at 1230, or I will be charged an additional night. I responded that it was currently 1230 and my wife and son were still asleep and that this wasn't possible and that I was told 2pm. We went back in forth, with her continuing to threatened to charge me for another night and that no one would have given me a late check out and basically saying it was my problem. Finally, I told her I would be out as soon as possible. She handled the situation very poorly in opinion. I would have been happy to leave before 2pm if I wasn't told it was ok, or even at 12 they could have said can you be out by 1. The lady and what seemed to be a manager at the front desk seemed to find if funny to make us get out and tell us we would be charged another night. As much as I liked the hotel, I will never stay at this location again. Also, parking was terrible. It is a shared parking lot with 2 other hotels. We came back late one night and had to park way past the other hotels.

    I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks , everything was perfect , very nice suites aside from a smell in only my suits ac unit . Great hotel with an outstanding customer service and staff. I want to give a special thanks to a new friend Isan shrestha the breakfast attendant . The mornings he was there working he always greeted me with a smile and brief conversation. Very hard working and he cares deeply about his customer satisfaction ! Lastly I want to give a huge thanks to David at the front desk. He was always prompt and just a very nice and genuine person. Customers satisfaction guaranteed at the hotel with a staff like this ! Thanks guys for making my 3 weeks a joy ! Til next time charlotte NC
