Every team member has been kind and sweet, the room was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed and more. The on sight laundry was amazing. 2 dollars for the washer and 2 dollars for the dryer. The parking was secure and safe. If we didn’t live so far away we’d be back again. We really enjoyed the free breakfast as well. So many options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return if we’re ever in the area again.

They have an option for a faster paid wifi at $5 per day but you shouldn't have to pay for usable wifi at a $180+ per night hotel. The free wifi is nearly unusable. You'll struggle to buffer a 720p youtube video. The other main negative is that it takes the shower about 5 minutes to heat up and the water pressure is really poor. There are lots of other hotels in the area, so I think I'd try one of them next time.

Check-in was prompt and efficient, and the staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and was clearly well cared for. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and everything was in its proper place. The breakfast was enjoyable, though fairly standard for this type of property. The only issues I encountered were that the ice machine on my floor was out of service and I noticed a live cockroach in the fitness room. Despite those minor concerns, my stay was comfortable and convenient, and I would stay here again in the future.
