Room was spacious and had everything you need refrigerator microwave kitchen, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee maker. The staff was incredible. Breakfast was excellent. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.
- CMCarlisha Mungin6 days ago3.0I stayed at this Particular location this last weekend for my daughters 18th birthday.. Pros of this stay was Early check-in was available upon arrival.. Also, it’s plenty of food and shopping for all ages within a mile radius.. My daughter and company was able to enjoy glow night at the Skyzone Trampoline park which was located basically next door.. The indoor pool was also a plus.. The cons of this stay was The room had bugs.. Once I called downstairs The front desk agent (Melvin) did apologize as he was with a guest at the time of my call but I would say immediately afterwards he came straight to my room armed with Lysol and gloves to kill the bug.. Such a sweet guy.. Another thing Room services wasn’t offered not one time during our weekend stay. Although I was able to get the extra towels, wash cloths and tissue once I went downstairs I would much rather room service

When I spoke with someone from booking.com I was able to finally get ahold of someone and a refund was initiated but then was canceled and the charge is still there. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages with no call back. I will be glad to remove this review once I receive my refund.
