- EBEliza B.Dec 11, 20251.0We stayed at this location for a couple of nights while in town for the Pop Warner Superbowl. The pool was closed, our room had stink bugs, and the TV did not work properly. They were down to ONE working elevator that was also used by housekeeping to transport their work supplies, and a couple of times, we had to wait extra-long for the cleaning crew to finish using the elevators since no one else could fit in there due to the size of the elevator and the large carts being used. We went down for breakfast right before 9 am and were told "it just ended" weird, every other place has items out until at least 10 am. Just seemed like nothing worked the way it was supposed to, and I feel they definitely have room for improvement. Not sure we would come back at this point.

And if your lucky you may e your visit their is threw one of the coolest dudes at a hotel I've ever came across. His name is Sidney Kennedy and I dont think I've ever seen him having a bad day always smiling and welcoming in the next guest. And he is also very knowledgeable about the area to. I'd say in 15 years of traveling this is probably my favorite hotel I've stayed in.

Room was spacious and had everything you need refrigerator microwave kitchen, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee maker. The staff was incredible. Breakfast was excellent. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.
- CMCarlisha MunginNov 18, 20253.0I stayed at this Particular location this last weekend for my daughters 18th birthday.. Pros of this stay was Early check-in was available upon arrival.. Also, it’s plenty of food and shopping for all ages within a mile radius.. My daughter and company was able to enjoy glow night at the Skyzone Trampoline park which was located basically next door.. The indoor pool was also a plus.. The cons of this stay was The room had bugs.. Once I called downstairs The front desk agent (Melvin) did apologize as he was with a guest at the time of my call but I would say immediately afterwards he came straight to my room armed with Lysol and gloves to kill the bug.. Such a sweet guy.. Another thing Room services wasn’t offered not one time during our weekend stay. Although I was able to get the extra towels, wash cloths and tissue once I went downstairs I would much rather room service
