He was full of energy, very knowledgeable & gave me 2 complimentary waters for being a Hilton Honors member. Our room was spacious with a small kitchenette and near lots of stores and restaurants. Thank you, Robert!
- XXxtataDec 31, 20252.0Very disappointed.. planned a mini getaway for me and my son before school and work starts back up, picked this hotel as they had a pool and firepit and nothing is inservice for our new years eve.. come.on Hilton do better for the price smh.. I should've stuck with my Marriot hotels being a bonvoy member decided to try a different place never again...

- JHJohn HowellDec 20, 20251.0- [ ] Original king suite I reserved I found had never been cleaned so I had to downgrade to a 2 queen regular room with no price adjustment. - [ ] Always out of coffee in the lobby. - [ ] All exterior door key card pads don’t work. - [ ] Very loose toilet seat. - [ ] Low shower pressure. - [ ] All mounted toiletries were loose and crooked on the wall, all had been relocated a few inches over from original mounting spot leaving all original mounting holes exposed. - [ ] Top kitchen drawer kept fully opening by itself. - [ ] Wall thermostat was not connected or working - adjusted temp at the unit. - [ ] Sofa had a burn/rip on one arm. - [ ] Room refrigerator was in the corner at the entry door - fridge opened opposite direction from the kitchen (doors are reversible). - [ ] Most breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were room temperature. - [ ] Did not appear to have a microwave available in the breakfast/lobby area (to heat up room temp breakfast). - [ ] Floors had an oily looking wet area at the base of the elevator door frames - on all floors. - [ ] Some Christmas trees were only partially lit. Like 1/4 of the tree. - [ ] Overall this property felt grungy. - [ ] No luggage carts available. I visit Charlotte often, but I’ll never stay here again. I’ll probably switch from Hilton to Marriott.
