    van issues. please stop van policy of going back to airport to pickup more people when you are 2 minutes fro hotel. added 15 minutes to my time. also, had 730am van for airport pre scheduled. van at 730 instead took employees of private company to company building. was informed van would be back in twenty minutes for airport. now 8:00am. Asked for Uber and hotel did pay. thank you

    Amazing room, super clean, easy to organize crib for baby and shuttle to and from airport. Great staff. Complimentary breakfast not worth it at all.

    The room was good. The bathroom faucet was loose & the receptacle in the bathroom didn't work. Upon checking out I advised front desk of issues. Staff was friendly. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking($11 a night) considering price of room. It was not stated on website.

    I’ve been a loyal Hilton guest for years and typically prefer Home2 Suites over other hotels. However, during my two-night stay in November 2025, my room had no hot water on both days—only lukewarm at best. I reported the issue to the front desk each day and was told the hotel had been receiving similar complaints for a week, and that it affected the entire building, not just the 5th floor where we stayed. The front desk agent noted that I should receive a refund in points, but I never heard anything. I contacted Hilton customer service, who opened a ticket and said a manager would respond within 24–48 hours. After three days with no follow-up, I called again and was told the hotel reported that the water temperature was fine, which was not true. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I then called the hotel directly and spoke with the manager, Alex, who insisted the water was fine and said issues only occur when a breaker trips—not building-wide. He ultimately offered just 20,000 points for the inconvenience.
