    Felt very unsafe due to many of the other guests on premise. Rather than finding a comfortable place to relax and rest my head, the atmosphere was toxic and anxiety inducing.

    Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte – Very Disappointing Experience with Service and Management Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. While the property itself appeared decent, the staff attitude and management response completely ruined our experience. We went down for breakfast and waited over 20 minutes before anyone approached our table. When the waiter finally arrived, the interaction was far from friendly — the staff seemed irritated and dismissive, which made the start of our day unnecessarily unpleasant. For a hotel under the Hilton brand, this level of service was surprising and disappointing. Later, due to airport closures, we decided to extend our stay by one more night. We confirmed the extension twice with the front desk, even making sure the change was properly updated. However, when we returned later, we were told that the reservation was never extended. The receptionist on duty gave us attitude instead of offering help or an apology. When we asked to speak with a manager, Mr. R. Her came to assist — but instead of resolving the issue calmly, he was defensive, tense, and shockingly rude. Rather than trying to de-escalate the situation, his tone and body language only made things worse. We travel frequently and understand that mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how staff and management handle them. In this case, there was no ownership, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. Overall, while the location might be convenient, the hospitality and professionalism were severely lacking. It’s unfortunate, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be choosing other Hilton properties in the future.

    We had a wonderful stay over the weekend to celebrate my daughter's belated birthday. Roderick, the assistant manager was WONDERFUL!!! I appreciate his attention to detail, in regards to making sure the flowers i ordered were in our room. He was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was great and the view was amazing!!! I'll definitely stay here again and tell my friends to as well.

    Within walking distance to Bank of America Stadium. Good service. Room was clean and nice. Across the street from the NASCAR museum. Within walking distance of Amelie's, which is excellent and I highly recommend. Parking is a little hard, but, it's easy once you figure it out. Close to Buffalo Wild Wings! Good location! Wonderful view of the city from our window! We stayed in room 906.

    We did not enjoy our stay for the following reasons: The room smelt like dirty carpet, the bathroom floor was dirty and dusty, no exhaust fan which made the mirror foggy, toilet was not properly secure to floor which caused the seat to move when you sat, when other floors flushed their toilets it sounded very loud in your toilet and even wet the toilet seat even when the lid was closed. Some other factors that disturb our stay was the milk for the coffee being curdle, the bed frame making squeaky sounds every time we turned, parking being $35 extra, pool was shared with a next hotel causing you to exit your hotel through the parking and enter the other hotel to use their heated pool. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall hotel was clean.
