I’ve stayed here several times. I was disappointed that the shade in the room was broken- I’ve never had that issue at a Hilton before. There were a few other small items that were broken or patched together throughout the hotel. It’s a decent place, just need to tighten up the loose ends.

I give Homewood Suites 5 stars for front desk and weekend only breakfast staff. Upon arrival, I was graciously greeted & welcomed by Anthony, the manager, who enlightened me about the hotel and the amenities available. All the front desk staff had the same vibe of sincere graciousness which obviously started from the top! The M-F breakfast staff had a little too much negative attitude for me: I'd say good morning with only a "hey", grunt or no response at all. Yes. I realized I did wrong by opening the clear cabinet door for some bread with my hand, but her response, "don't reach in there, that's what the tongues are for" belittled and embarrassed me, which was her intent. No customer care, just a watchdog while on the phone scrolling, making sure we don't do wrong(?) in her breakfast bar. One breakfast staff lady changed the TV channel and stood there to watch "her" show when all the guys were watching SportsCenter, and she never changed it back! I had the oatmeal they prepared and after how it looked when lifting a spoonful from the rest (strands of saliva look), I stopped eating it. Got sick later. Housekeeping is another story, but again, with great front desk, things get done right in the end. Didn't mean to write a book, but all in all, with great location and front desk service, I'd be willing to return!
