Me and my 8 years old daughter was there on a visit to her Sickle Cell Clinic , the hotel was paid for by her clinic because we had two appointments to attend on 11/13 and 11/14 and we have to drive 2 hours to get there so they suggested we stay overnight . This was our first time ever staying at a Hilton hotel so we weren’t aware how things worked. The morning of 11/14/25 we went downstairs to get breakfast . I did read the sign that stated “Wait here to be seated” Unclear of if that was due to the Buffett line or breakfast in general because there was no representative at the designated station so after 5 minutes me and my daughter walked in and started fixing a plate . I was then approached by an African American lady who was VERY unprofessional and rude stating with attitude “Umm what is your room number? Because you might not even be on the right side? That’s CLEARLY why the sign says WAIT TO BE SEATED” I replied sorry this is our first time here and I wasn’t sure how things worked because no one was at the front to assist and gave her my room number she then smacks her teeth and says “Oh you are on the right side so what is it that your looking for ?” So as I proceed to ask for a menu to see what they have (again this is my first time here ever) she then gets another attitude and says “You know what come on so I can grab you a table first that’s why the sign clearly says WAIT TO BE SEATED” I have never been so humiliated in my entire life . I already felt extremely low being that my daughters clinic had to pay for our room already . A few days later and I still tear up when I think of how rude she was because it costs $0 to be nice and you never know what someone is going through

Our stay at the hotel was ok. The room was good with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Even though your policy is to only clean or refresh the rooms every other day I want to say this isn't really a good policy. All rooms should be checked daily to empty the trash, add more toilet paper and check for adequate bath towels and wash cloths. Don't clean or make beds but at least do that much.
We were rather upset at the restaurant. When we checked in the Desk Clerk said last call for dinner orders was 9:30pm so we were seated there before that time. It took 5-10 minutes to get a menu. Then when the server came over to take our orders, she started then stopped and said, “Oh I forgot. He closed the kitchen early because he's by himself.” Ok, that happens. BUT, there were people at 2 tables and one bar customer who ordered after we sat down and received food. This really wasn't fair. I don't know why we were excluded but I don't appreciate it especially since food continued to be served

Stayed here this past weekend with my mom for 2 nights. Came out Sunday morning to leave and found 7 trucks and SUV’s including mine broken into. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Told me “ they don’t have cameras as it’s an invasion of privacy.” Front desk manager,Justin, was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak to Kevin the general manager and he was no where to be found and no one could tell me how to contact him. They were very unprofessional and 2 of the girls actually laughed about it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

The hotel its’ self was great and the front desk staff was great! But, my friend and I, ate downstairs at the restaurant and it was the worse experience I’ve had in a long time. Our bartender was Gari (I think that’s how you spell it). Besides being absolutely slower than molasses. When asking him for stuff, he seemed annoyed. We ordered fried pickles, he gave us no plates, napkins, or silverware. The pickles also came with no sauces. So by the time we got his attention for the sauce and other stuff, our appetizer was not hot. My friend and I were gonna leave right then, but it was late to go somewhere else, so we settled on ordering our entrees there. Food was okay, except the 3 cheese flatbread, it was cold and had no flavor. The service was unbearable. After dropping the check, it took him 15-20 mins to cash us out. That’s after I had to yell at him across the bar to get his attention. I don’t care if you don’t talk to me, but be somewhat attentive. I am a Hilton diamond member so it sucks to see this happen at certain properties.
