I had bugs on my bed and crawling on the wood of the bed and the ceiling.i have pictures and videos of them as well. I checked in around 10pm and left at 1:00am. I want a refund. I was told the manager Adam would be calling me about the issue, He has yet to call me and it’s 5 days later. I called again and each time they say They will pass the complaint on to Adam. I called corporate and they told me I needed to have a confirmation number. Rooms were extremely outdated. I will never stay at Hilton again.

The overall experience at this hotel leaves much to be desired. The lobby was what you expect. Had to wait a little bit to check in because the front desk person was debating with a customer how long their drive was. The room is extremely outdated. I booked a whirlpool room so I could relax but after looking inside of it, I decided it would be best to opt out of that. I definitely won't be booking this hotel again in the future.

Literal worst hotel experience of my life. If they can't do anything about the noise then they should at least inform their guests that there is a literal nightclub right behind the hotel which is open until 5 a.m. on weekends and has music and cars making extremely loud noise to the point where it's impossible to sleep. I stopped here last night on my way to Maryland and have a 6-hour drive and canal completely exhausted. And one last thing, when I mention this to the front desk she tells me that it's my responsibility to know that if there's a nightclub right behind the hotel. I booked this as a quick stop between traveling from Georgia to Maryland and I actually used their service to find the right hotel on my route so they actually picked this hotel for me while I was driving. Disappointing for so many reasons. Do not stay here.

It's 3 am on Saturday night and the noise is unbearable from the Infinity Live Club next door which I discovered is overflowing with a party every Saturday night. Who knew? I should have checked reviews instead of trusting Hilton would be good. Goodbye to a lot of points. I had heard more loud cars, more loud and yelling people, more deep bass booming loud music right outside my window than you could ever imagine. Wow- worst hotel in all of NC on a Saturday night and I had to pick this one thinking it would be quiet. No way - I actually picked a room as close to the club as I could get. My awesome luck. I was hopung room 201 would be a quieter choice away from the front door and away from the street. But nope- the street right behind the Hotel is the actual run way for the club entrance and conveniently located next to the loudest club in all of Charlotte Im sure and right next to the latest open drive thru (Jack in the box) around. Cars are warapped around the drive thru booming with more music. So I walked to the front desk and asked The Hotel Manager for another room but she doesn't have another room away from the noise at this point so we are stuck. Manager said they have complained to police about the noise every weekend but the police can do nothing. I have two earplugs in my ears but the car radios and loud rice burner mufflers penetrate everything. So- Customers be ware!!!! If you stay here on a Friday or Saturday night and stay in the 201-301-401 corner rooms or on the back side of Hotel you better be prepared for a long night without peace and quite and little sleep. No worries though- 5 am will arrive eventually when the club closes and it's time to check out.

All Hiltons are not created ,operated or staffed equally. This was my birthday trip and the only good thing about this stay was when it was over! I'm disgusted that I used my part of my well earned points on this pitiful excuse for a Hilton. We stayed in room 515 and it was less than clean. It is in dire need of a remodel. The upcharge for a suite is ludicrous at this location with it's nasty carpet and mold around the ac unit. The pool was closed and the coffee/tea bar are only up and going in the mornings. I kept getting texts about how is your stay? So I answered truthfully and the response I received was condescending, as if I didn't have a right to voice my paying opinion. They most certainly do advertise that they have a pool on their website!!!! We visit Charlotte often and I can say with absolute certainty we will not ever stay at this location again. Hiltons Pineville location (only 30 mins away) puts this one to absolute shame. I'll give the service a 2 star only because the check out lady was super nice and a staff member did bring up a roll of toilet paper upon request. To sum up this entire review, you can look over the last 6 months and see that this location is not Hilton quality truthfully I'm not sure that it's better than a budget motel.
