    This property is definitely not worthy of a 4.4 rating. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, there was some trash on the floor and a complete lack of air circulation in the lobby. The room? 1. Hotel smell - that air spray that smells up all your clothes by the time you leave. 2. Clogged sink drain. 3. Bedsheets that made my skin itch and a very uncomfortable mattress. 4. Ageing marked-up furniture. 5. Only tea by the coffee maker - no coffee. 6 - The worst - I wondered why the bathroom door automatically closes...it's so you can't smell the sewage smell coming through the drains into the bathrooms. Sorry, this is a "don't even bother staying here" hotel.

    Writing this as somebody with 7+ years hotel experience, mainly management/executive positions. This is a phenomenal property. My room is very clean, and the woman at the front desk the morning of Sunday Nov 16 is very courteous and kind. Shuttle driver also showed exemplary guest service. GM, job well done to your entire team.

    I don't understand paying for parking as a guest. I need more clarification on that. Also the shower had standing water and the water pressure was very low. The room was very spacious. Hotel food was AMAZING, top-tier and the service as well.

    Stayed for weekend while visiting Billy Graham Library, Free shuttle to/from airport. Breakfast was cooked to order/fresh. Staff was all pleasant. Bartender and server's all great service. The area was constantly getting vacuumed, mopped kept very clean. Rooms are very spacious. No complaints.

    I travel extensively and stay in nice places across the U.S. and abroad. I cannot tolerate a facility that charges too much, makes you pay extra for parking, pay for coffee in the lobby and offers no complimentary breakfast for a room that costs more than $200. 2 bottles of complimentary water. I should rejoice, right? I recommend passing this dump and get a Hampton Inn or Marriott where you will be treated better. And I am a Hilton Honors member, which, by the way, means nothing. Now watch: there will be an auto-response to my review from the manager, blah blah. No attempt to contact me while I am still in the hotel!! The big rub is that the complaints are MANY and THEY ARE THE SAME!! No desire to remedy the issues, fix the problems or address the concerns of so many. Repulsive staff to allow these conditions to persist.
