Our comfortable guest rooms offer an ideal place to rest and relax during your stay in Charlotte. All of our guest rooms include Hilton's Premium Serenity Bed package. Guest rooms offer convenient bedside power and USB connections, mini refrigerators, in-room safes, Wi-Fi, and large HDTVs. Guest rooms offer king or two queen beds. Our 15 suites include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options with oversized living areas perfect for longer stays.
Top floors are Premium Level floors and offer in-room complimentary bottled water and access to our Premium Lounge. Our Premium Lounge offers guests all-day access to snack items, cold/hot beverages, and comfortable seating to work or relax. Nightly appetizers are served, and the bar is open to purchase beer, wine, and cocktails - available Monday-Saturday.

Our room had a great view of the city. I found breakfast here to be better than a Hilton Hotel in the same class. The breakfast staff is helpful and I ordered an omelette that was very good.

There was no hot water on Sunday morning and our room keys didn't work on Monday afternoon, even after we stopped and spoke with the front desk about our late check out the previous night. The hotel could use some updates, especially in the elevators, 2nd floor area and stairway. We stopped into the 2nd floor bar on Saturday night for drinks and football. Daniel made great drinks and exchanged fun conversation. All was well until an obnoxious drunk guy came in. While the rest of his party was pleasant, he was far from. He was allowed to berate me and threaten us with violence without being made to leave. This obviously soured the experience and we left the bar area, unable to take my birthday shot.

It’s a great place to stay if it’s your first time in the city, but overall a great location and easy to travel all over the city from here. If you choose to self park, there are plenty of spaces to park, but there is a distance to walk from the deck to your room, so keep that in mind. For some who have difficulty walking, valet may be a better option. I find this hotel to be super quiet, beds comfortable, and the view from the corner city view rooms are great. You do not hear any road noise either.
