  Overall, my partner and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was smooth, accessing our room was very simple, and the staff were incredibly helpful with all of our needs. All special requests (extra towels, forgotten toiletry items, and maintenance services) are available via online means, which was helpful on several occasions. By simply scanning a QR code and inputting our room information, we quickly (in under 10 minutes from the time of request) received the assistance we needed. Additionally, the shuttle service to the Charlotte airport was a fantastic means of reaching our flights on time. The staff's knowledge of traffic patterns and airport wait times helped us schedule the appropriate time of our departure from the hotel and reduced needless waiting within the terminal.

  We had a fantastic experience during our celebratory business lunch at the City Park Bistro thanks to our kind waitress, Rina! She greeting us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive and professional, making sure our lunch was enjoyable. The food was surprisingly outstanding given this is an airport hotel. There are not many restaurants nearby and there is no need. Rina truly went above an beyond, and we left feeling very well taken care of! Thank you again, Rina!

  Hotel location is great and rooms (while dated a bit) were fine for a one-night stay. Had to move one of our two rooms due to a bad odor but again, no big deal. The real issue I had was a bit of a bait & switch on the room rates. Had two rooms there for one night and intentionally paid a higher rate to park my car there for a week for one room and a Hilton Honors Rate for the second room. When our plans changed and we needed two rooms at the park & fly rate (now two cars parking there) I assumed that the rate type would change and we would be charged the higher rate for both rooms. Turns out we were charged a much higher difference to the tune of $12/day for 7 nights. Not cool!

  Let me say Tony! Tony! Tony! The amazing front desk receptionist/host/check-in guide was nothing less than tremendously amazing. We traveled from Atlanta to Charlotte for the game not knowing what the hotel experience was going to be like. But he made our first out of town experience together delightful & fun. He was fast, friendly, and above all things he has the BEST customer service!!!!! I mean he went above and beyond to make my experience better than anyone. He treated us like were VIP and for that we will definitely be back and I’ll also recommend the family and friends I have in the area to come here for sure. Thank you soooooo much TONY! Please make sure he is here when we return !!!!!!! Keep up the great work Hilton!!!

  Hilton slogan is for the stay, Tony from Hilton Charlotte embodies this. My family of four arrived tired and needing our room and blankets, extra towels, water etc, to the point that I felt guilty even asking for anything. Tony not only accommodates my every request but offered to bring it up, checks to make sure I had spot on the bus the next day which I forgot. Amazing service, rooms pool and food offerings are as expected for a hilton solid. Restaurant did accommodate my wife's gluten allergy with more than just a salad offering, also even on Christmas. So again five stars.
